Our services include marketplace and store management for TikTok Shop, Etsy, eBay, Walmart, and Shopify; Meta advertising; and graphic designing courses.

We provide these services to clients in Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Pakistan.

We acquire payments from the United Kingdom. We do not enter into cross-border contracting relationships with clients for UK engagements.

Contracts in the United Kingdom are made with a UK-based company. Payments from UK clients are also received in the United Kingdom.

Depending on how you contact or work with us, we may collect contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, and business information you share with us.

For agreement and onboarding purposes, clients may provide documents such as company details, a driving licence, or similar identification. We collect this information only when it is needed to complete an agreement form.

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may keep the communication records needed to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services.

Client information such as company details, a driving licence, or other documents provided for contracting is used only for agreement form fulfilment. We do not use that information for any other purpose.

We may also use contact details to communicate about our services, onboarding, delivery, and support related to your engagement with Nexgen Promotions.

After an agreement is completed, our team starts work within seven (7) days.

We provide full security for client confidential information. We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal and business information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

Access to confidential client information is limited to people who need it to fulfil agreements and deliver contracted services.

Clients who invest in the Nexgen investor program initially contribute £700 (seven hundred pounds) for one month.

From the second month onward, 60% of the profit goes to the client and 40% of the profit goes to the company.

Any personal or payment details collected in connection with the investor program are handled under the same confidentiality and limited-use rules described in this policy.

We do not sell client personal information. We do not use agreement documents or identification materials for purposes other than completing and fulfilling the agreement.

We may disclose information if required by applicable law, regulation, or a valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Nexgen Promotions, our clients, or others.
